We believe it is important to introduce the team so you know who you will be dealing with throughout your move. Although each member of staff has their specific roles and responsibilities, we very much work as a team, and collectively reach the end result – a happy customer after a successful move!
Kevin is the director of the company and oversees all the important decisions regarding finances, vehicles and staff. He is fundamental in the running of the company. Kevin works closely with staff to ensure all our customers receive the best service each time.
Damian is our transport and sales manager. He sets the strategy and organises the vehicles for our customers moves. Damian organises the boats for all overseas moves and allocates staff for each job. Having been in the removals industry for a long time, Damian fully understands the work that goes into a relocation. He is very much customer orientated and will do everything he can to ensure your move runs smoothly. Damian will carry out site visits for anyone who requests one before generating a quote.
Ronan is our removals coordinator. He will be the first point of contact for a lot of our customers. Ronan is committed to providing lasting relationships with our customers and gives 100% every time. As well as sales manager, Ronan is also a driver. He has the responsibility of organising the routes our drivers take when on the road, aligning their journeys with the correct boat times, scheduling each job, ensuring the space in the vehicles is accurately filled and making sure that all paperwork is completed for each job.
Sinead is our senior sales advisor. She will be the first point of contact for a lot of our customers. Her responsibilities include calculating the volume of each customer’s inventory list, generating quotes and relaying them back to the customer. Sinead is very customer service orientated and provides a high standard of service and professionalism on each interaction with the customer. She works closely alongside Ronan with the scheduling of jobs and making sure the space in the vehicles is filled accurately.
